ON/OFF LEBE IM MOMENT

During my first term, I had the opportunity to develop an exhibition concept independently. This project allowed me to take charge of every aspect of the design process, from ideation to budgeting. The central theme I was assigned was “movement,” which led me to focus on the interconnected concepts of meditation and mindfulness. The exhibition is divided into three distinct areas, each reflecting the overarching theme. The first two spaces, titled “Gedanken und ihre Bewegungen,” serve as an introduction to the exploration of thoughts and their dynamics. This transition sets the stage for the third area, which delves into “Psychische Gesundheit” (Mental Health) and links the importance of mental well-being to our understanding of movement. The final segment of the exhibition introduces the core practices of meditation and mindfulness. It includes an introductory text that provides context and guidance, followed by four distinct meditation techniques designed to engage visitors. This project not only enhanced my design skills but also deepened my understanding of creating a compelling narrative in an exhibition setting.
